Relevant Experience:
A female resource person in order to better engage with the participants.
At least 10 years of experience in planning and conducting potential assessment activities with development sector organization.
At least 16 years of education from a renowned national or international institute.
Capable of designing motivational activities that are interactive, experiential, with dynamic applications.
Prior experience with participants from rural/semi-urban areas will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in managing interactive and participatory exercises.
Excellent report writing skills.
Job Description:
The consultant shall develop and provide a detailed agenda/activity plan encompassing the activities of the 2-day event aligned with exploring and mentoring leadership traits/skills (like but not limited to negotiation, public speaking, linkage development, decision making, problem solving).
The consultant shall suggest options for tagline for the event(s) as per the theme for finalization by PPAF’s management.
Manage and moderate the event activities in an innovative, inclusive and efficient manner as per agreed agenda/activity plan.
Design the layout for provincial setups for day two.
Develop and provide discussion points as script to community women for the interactive dialogue/session with stakeholders.
Facilitate engagement between community women and stakeholders as per agreed discussion points.
Provide full time ‘note-taking services’ for both days.
Prepare and print any session related information/aids for the participants, if any.
The consultant shall meet with PPAF’s management and focal coordinator for revision of contents of session, activities or any other related aspect.
