Job Purpose:

IPCS Trainer will be responsible to develop and conduct training session plans under Hospitality Management Training Program. Design complete training sessions by taking into consideration the adult learning theories and get the necessary approval from the management. IPCS Trainer will focus on trainee's professional grooming and will provide constructive feedback without alienate or discouraging them. He/she will be responsible to maintain and take care of the training equipment including material & manuals and strive to achieve the set targets in each training. He/she will be in charge of Interpersonal & Communication Skills Workshop and accountable to ensure optimum utilization of training equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the training objectives and derive learning outcomes by designing /reviewing training material/manuals and conduct training sessions in close coordination with supervisor.
  • Use a variety of training techniques to build the technical competencies of IPCS within given time.
  • Manage, support, and evaluate the professional grooming and development of trainees.
  • Manage trainees’ progress evaluation (Formative & Summative) and submit reports (hard & soft copies) to supervisor within a week of evaluation and update the results in MIS accordingly.
  • Ensure the proper management of trainees in skills workshop.
  • Attend management meetings as and when required.  
  • Be up to date with contemporary knowledge and skills interpersonal communication through reading relevant journals.
  • Develop theoretical and hands-on training schedules to ensure efficient utilization resources.
  • Follow the Hashoo Foundation policies and procedures and adhere to the guidelines set by the management.
  • Acknowledge trainees’, managements’ and other stakeholders’ feedback.
  • Perform any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
