Eligible Qualification:  

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration with specialization in HRM / Organizational Development or related discipline. 

Preference will be given to the following: -

  • Higher relevant qualification.
  • Certification in Human Resource Management from renowned institutions.
  • Having LLB or LLM Degree
  • Publication of HR related Articles in renowned Journals.

Required Experience:

  • 03 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed public/ private sector organization.

Preference will be given to candidates having the following:

  • Excellent management, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, team working and time management skills.
  • Well conversant with all HR functions, activities, contemporary HR activities and practices.
  • Excellent command on writing abilities i.e. noting & drafting skills, preparation of summaries / notes for the top management with an ability for Policy formulation, Rules and Procedures.
  • Professional level command on MS Office i.e. Word / Excel / Power-point and routine applications.  

Age Requirement: (32) Years Maximum 

Gross Monthly Salary Rs.223,556/- along with other perks/ facilities as per PTA Policy.
