Eligible Qualification & Experience:  

  • 16 years of education in Business Administration / Public Administration / Finance & Accounts from HEC recognized institution with minimum two (02) years post qualification experience.

Preference will be given to candidates having the following:

  • Experience in maintaining executive’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences for senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written / verbal).
  • Good interpersonal & team working skills.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.   
  • Excellent command on writing abilities i.e. noting & drafting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office i.e. Word / Excel / Power-point and other routine applications. 

Age Requirement: 30 years (Maximum)

Gross Monthly Salary Rs.100,737/- along with other perks/ facilities as per PTA Policy.
