· Assisting the HRD Associate in:
· Developing Training Needs Assessment (TNA) profiles of participating communities/villages and project staff;
· Developing, preparing and compiling training material for different training programmes;
· Making arrangements for different training events and subsequent logistic arrangements required for the same;
· Compiling information for HRD Database;
· Carrying out impact and utilization studies for HRD activities;
· Preparing of progress reports for the HRD activities
· Composing/ printing English and Urdu training reports, training modules, TNA forms, training assessment forms etc;
· Working closely with other departments, assisting staff to understand and implement HR policies and procedures
· Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
· Liaising with a wide range of organizations involved in areas such as gender sensitivity, disability, health, insurance and safety;
· Facilitating preparation of performance appraisal forms, coordinate with Administrative Officer on disciplinary procedures and leave management;
· Developing, updating and maintaining the file management system, managed leave monitoring system, leave records, daily attendance sheets;
· Updating all personnel files accordingly and maintains staff contracts extension sheet; Planning and delivering induction training for new staff on need basis;
· Any other duties as requested by the management.
