Application Administration & Maintenance
•CCS application, Apache Server (Web Server) & Weblogic administration/ monitoring
•Customer Care System: Monitoring of Internet, Intranet (Call Centers), WSS, PTCLSSPortal applications
•Billing / Receivable System; Monitoring of Cash Server, Role Server, Query Server, Mtrl Server, AM Server etc.
•Service Provisioning
•Version release and software patches deployment with the help of vendor and DB team
•Manage BnCC user data and help support team in role/privileges assignment.
•Maintain daily log and track records for all version/patches deployed in B&CC.
•Manage Application and DB authentication (change activity and maintenance of master passwords).
•Monitor Intermediate (Interface) and Application Servers
Interface Monitoring, Management & Issue Resolution
•Monitor CCS interface with BI (Business Intellegence), FrMS (Franchisee Management System), & CMS (Complaint Management System)
•Participate as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Meetings for BI with Teradata.
•Monitor of CCS interface with e-Reports (Including analysis and execution of eReporting PL/SQL Procedures)
Database Maintenance & Operations and CCS Configuration
•Coordination with system database team on database issues
•Configure new connection types, new packages in application and new logical resources (switches, number ranges, missing/deleted numbers etc.)
•Handle manual bulk data updating activities, bulk SMS generation activity on demand by Requirement Team.
•Monitor monthly OCS activity for PRI’s.
•Generate Ad-hoc reports on demand basis
•Migrate resource data from one switch to another
•Provide different analysis reports to higher management
•Interact with vendors for resolving application & data issues.
•Any other task assigned by the Team Lead/ GM CC&SS
