Job Description:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accurate and timely periodic reporting, analysis and planning of all CT related financials. Prepare monthly management letter and other reporting.
  • Assure compliance with defined COMPANY accounting principles (e.g. revenue recognition). Prepare and present cases and updates for the Revenue Recognition Board.
  • Ensure CT compliance with COMPANY risk management and SOX policies, procedures and reporting.
  • Proactively manages CT cash collection and credit control.
  • Provide input to each project profitability calculation (e.g. financial T&C’s, revenue recognition, cash flow, LD’s).
  • Participate in contract negotiation of all F&C relevant terms and conditions with customer (e.g. payment terms, liabilities, guarantees).
  • Provide regular financial support and analysis to the CT Head during tender process.
  • Prepare and documents the rolling forecast (LE) and Short Term Plan (STP) for the CT. Provide support in the Long Range Planning process (LRP).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of CT demand planning process (volumes).
  • Control the OPEX, inventory and receivables of the CT. Etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of financial management and management accounting (including PoC accounting experience and COMPANY revenue recognition policy)
  • Knowledgeable about the industry and related regulation
  • Strong experience in planning and business analysis
  • Good knowledge of COMPANY F&C concepts, processes and tools
  • Competent negotiation skills
  • Experience with contract management, financial terms and conditions
  • Business understanding of the drivers of customer profitability
  • Expert in financial and management accounting and processes
  • Ability to manage and develop skills and competencies of team
  • Experienced leader with demonstrated ability to motivate a team.
