Job Responsibilities:
  • The position is reporting to the Finance Manager.
  • He/she will assist to check bills and invoices received for payment.
  • Advance issuance and adjustment in timely manner and report on Weekly basis.
  • Review travel vouchers and per diem as per Govt. and CBP rules and submit for approval to Finance Manager.
  • Cash and bank payments and follow up the outstanding amounts.
  • Deposit utility, communication, income tax, treasury and other payments in Banks/Treasury.
  • Assist Finance Officer in preparation of the monthly finance report for review to Finance manager.
  • Maintain efficient filing accounting record CBP in line with the HO procedures.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
  • MBA Finance / CA Articles/B com with One year of working experience as CA Articles.
  • Three Years for MBA and Five Years for B.Com.
  • Good English language speaking & writing skills with excellent computer and IT skills specially in MS Excel.
