Relevant Experience:

  • University degree, preferably in business administration
  • 4 years work experience in a similar field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills
  • Capacity to carry out duties with autonomy and sense of responsibility

Job Description:

  • Under the supervision of the Head of Office and the Administrator, execution of financial and administrative tasks
  • Performs human resource tasks related to national employees and establishes work plans and assignment of day to day tasks for staff
  • Supervision of the premises department
  • In charge of the logistics department
  • Responsible of secretariat and welcome activities of the ICRC Office Karachi
  • Establishes contacts with external interlocutors and takes part in negotiations
  • Supervises IT infrastructure with support from headquarters in Islamabad
  • Assists Administration and the Head of Office in any other matter in regards to the financial and administrative part of the Office
