Relevant Experience:
- University degree, preferably in business administration
- 4 years work experience in a similar field
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Job Description:
- Under the supervision of the Head of Office and the Administrator, execution of financial and administrative tasks
- Performs human resource tasks related to national employees and establishes work plans and assignment of day to day tasks for staff
- Supervision of the premises department
- In charge of the logistics department
- Responsible of secretariat and welcome activities of the ICRC Office Karachi
- Establishes contacts with external interlocutors and takes part in negotiations
- Supervises IT infrastructure with support from headquarters in Islamabad
- Assists Administration and the Head of Office in any other matter in regards to the financial and administrative part of the Office
