About Us:

I-LAP is a nonpartisan, relief and development organization dedicated to promote religious tolerance, Peace, culture, Harmony, and respect for all religions in our society through various development projects. At present I-LAP is working in 03 Provinces of Pakistan i.e. Punjab, Balochistan and NWFP having its head office in Islamabad.

Its mission is to create a new generation of peace workers, peace defenders, and peace negotiators towards catalyzing positive changes in the community towards prevention of conflicts and promotion and sustenance of peace in the multi-ethnic, multi-cultural Pakistan and beyond.
I-LAP works in the field of education, peace & interfaith harmony, Livelihood, disaster management and Capacity building.   

Nature of Employment:
  • Internship for 3 months, extendable up to 6 months.

Eligibility Critaria:
  • Degree from a reputed Institution in Social Sciences,  Anthropology, International Relations, Pol-Studies, Sociology,  Masters in business administration, English Literature and Mass communication.
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Excellent writing, visual and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Leadership skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work in team.
