BASIC FUNCTION:
  1. The Business Solutions Consultant designs and plans the customized solutions according to the requirement of the customer of Enterprise/SMB size Countrywide and ensure the deliverable which also including the production of responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQ and SLA with appropriate documentation.
  2. Deliver Presentations, demonstrations (POC) and workshops activities.
  3. Extend full individual and team support for corporate sales force in securing the business and revenue for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
  1. GENERAL
  2. Technical proposal writing.
  3. Gathering Info from backend depts.
  4. Meetings/Conf calls with customers.
  5. Provides inputs on Technical content for brochures and other technical documentations.
  6. Conduct presentations for customers on proposed design/solutions.
  7. Answering tenders & RFP’s.
  8. Conduct internal consensus meetings with other depts. heads for internal agreement on technical solutions.
  9. Drafting and supervising technical aspect of SLA negotiations with the customer after internal agreement.
  10. Provide Product awareness to the team members with respect to technology/Commercials.
  11. Come up with internal reports as per the higher management requirements.
  12. Defines SOW/IP forms for other concerned depts.
  13. Presentations to Sales team for product awareness.
  14. Provides input (offering discounts with consensus of Finance dept.) for customer retention.
