Relevant Experience:
- At least bachelor’s degree
- Well groomed personality
- Call center experience (Minimum 2 years)
- Proven track record and understanding of Sales / CS campaigns and Call Center environment.
- Prior experience of training agents in a call center (minimum 1 year)
- Extensive communication and language skills
- Strong command over verbal and spoken English
- Good working exposure of Microsoft office and internet
- Good analysis skills
