Job Description:

Candidates should have work experience working with consultants in developing contract documents & bill of quantities; 7-8 years experience in reviewing CAD drawings & estimating material quantities.

-       Diploma in quantity Surveying / Cost Estimation from a reputable local of international institute with good English communication skills.

-       At least 8 years experience in Quantity / take off working and cost estimation for large National or International construction Consultants/ contractors during bidding process. Should have good knowledge of change order quantities / cost estimations.

-       Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of reviewing CAD drawings, construction material quantity / Cost estimates at different stages of the project.

-       Strong proficiency in MS Office, AUTOCADE and use of cost estimation software.
