Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same capacity
Education & Required Certifications: Minimum BCS with CCVP & CCNP (preferred)
a) IPCC: Experience with voice gateways (Cisco based), work experience with SIP/H.323/MGCP trunks.
b) Cisco Call Manager: Configuration, administration of devices, phones, gateways & gate keepers.
c) Set up of different partitions, calling search spaces, regions, translation patterns & route filters.
Work experience with ASTERISK would be an added advantage
