Job Description

Due to the nature of our business as well as the culture in the Company Key Account Manager is a person with a very positive personality, someone who sees problems as challenges and possesses an amazing can-do spirit that has a remarkable effect on people in his/her surrounding. The candidate should thrive in coaching other people to their success, i.e. always put other people’s needs and desires as priority instead of his/her own. The position of Account Manager is responsible for maximizing business from existing accounts and creating new accounts aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets. This position responsible for planning and achieving sales targets in line with the overall plan of Eltek and pertaining to Solutions Portfolio to DFIs, O&G & Government, predict yearly business forecasts, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales activities which involve building relationships at the Sr. Management level and expanding relationships with the industry.
• Create strategic, effective and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the accounts to be covered.
• Develop new projects and create project pipeline and work on the provided project pipelines to convert prospective clients in potential clients.
• Develop and successfully close opportunities/sales by continuously reinforcing business value and reinforcing Eltek competencies.
• Seek clarity and coordinate with Supervisor pertaining to disqualification of accounts, discounting in excess of limits & pricing.
• Ensure that customers deploy the solutions acquired by working with team members on deployment plans and coordinating with customers.
• Work closely and coordinate effectively with solutions and services departments of Eltek to ensure smooth and quality delivery of products and services on time.
• Prepare quality financial proposals for clients in coordination with the project management office. Also coordinate with the clients / accounts of the Eltek.
• Liaise with HR for matters pertaining to HR domain, such as attendance reports, salary slips, leaves, hiring and performance assessment, etc.
• Perform any other task as assigned by superior.


Job Specifications

• 4-5 years of experience in similar capacity
• MBA with engineering background from well reputed university.
• Background in ISP, Engineering, and/or Telecom sectors would be an added plus
• Excellent Team Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Effective presentation skills.
• Ability to take on pressure of handling a distributed sales team to achieve targets given by senior management.
