Job Description

  • Sales and marketing of networking equipment of international reputed brands focusing the application of datacenter, Layer 2 to 7 switches and Routers.
  • Responsible for following up with the product development road-map set by the company by coordinating between Sales, Technical and support.
  • Involved in setting up Strategic direction based on customer’s needs and business requirements
  • Making presentations for senior managements showing implication of product development plans and any positive and negative impacts
  • Involved in discussing requirements with the clients and hence understands the client’s expectation and point of view.
  • Experience of leading a team comprising of technical and support staff for product development
  • Defining and planning product lines and product enhancements.
  • Setting strategic direction based on customer needs and business goals
  • Interpreting strategic goals into operational tasks
  • Making proposals to senior management regarding implications of proposed plans
  • Serving as a representative to internal and external clients. Taking the lead in establishing tactical plans and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing administrative and operational matters ensuring achievement of objectives
  • Proposing contingency plans.
  • Analyzing business processes and creating applications to improve or support those processes


Job Specifications
  • Experience of selling high end equipment of reputed brands like Cisco, Juniper and Foundry.
  • Must have minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Preferably Engineering degree with MBA from well reputed university.
  • Background in ISP, Engineering, and/or Telecom sectors would be an added plus.
  • Must be Cisco or foundry Certified including CCNA, CCNP and FNCNE.
  • Excellent Team Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to take on pressure of handling a distributed sales team to achieve targets given by senior management.
