Relevant Experience:

 

 

 

 

  • Required candidate must have professional experience of over 2 years in web hostings.
  • Dynamic site hosting, Mysql backup / restore , E-mail management using sendmail,  MailScanner, Spamassassin,Pyzor,Razor.
  • Hands on experience in Linux, VOIP ( Astrisk )
  • Call Center setup, Vicidial setup, CRM configuration, Digium card configuration, voice quality maintanace, trouble shouting.
  • CCVP certification would be a plus point
  • Ability to add modules through AGI in Astrisk
