Qualification:

MBA (HR) with 02-04 years experience in HR preferably in manufacturing Industry. Well versed in latest HR related concepts, HRIS etc. Age limit is of 35 years.

All degrees/ diplomas should be recognized by HEC/ respective Board of Technical Education.

 Job Description:

To Assist and manage the HR Department, defining, developing and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures, under the direction of the Management, and to contribute to the development of the corporate HR provision that meets the needs of the Business.

To develop job descriptions, prepare advertisements, check application forms, short list candidates, organize interview and process for selection of candidate.

Determine the labor demand in various job categories of field staff. Determining labor supply of internal movements caused by transfers, promotions, turnover, retirements, etc.

Retrieve, compile, and prepare various human resource  forecast reports.

Conduct research and select the most suitable recruitment and advertising agencies. Carry out necessary activities and paperwork to select and employ the most suitable candidates.

Payroll preparation Advances and Loans.

Annual Leave records Handling of all employee internal transfer, promotions and other type of incentives.

Maintains company employee performance evaluation program based on appropriate regulations.Trains staff in the process of employee performance evaluation. Answers questions from employees regarding performance evaluation.

Serves as a consultant to staff in the areas of discipline, performance management, terminations, resignations, transfers, labor, and employee relations issues.
