Position Title:              Front Desk Officer 

Job Location:               SDF Head Office - Islamabad

Position Report to:       Deputy Manager- Admin

Salary Range:               Scale 5

 

Profile Summary:

Front Desk Officer will work under the supervision of administration assistant and be responsible for handling visitors and the day to day activities of the organization.

 

Tasks and deliverables

  1. Greet and welcome guests

  2. Maintain telecommunication (Call Log)

  3. Documentation (scanning, forms print)

  4. Maintain the complete mail log and distribute

  5. Maintain visitors log

  6. Administration of office cleanliness

  7. Maintenance of office supplies

  8. Any other task assigned by the supervisor

 

Key Skills

  • Excellent observation, time management and interpersonal skills

  • Professional approach to all routine tasks and displays a sense of responsibility at all times

  • Must possess First Aid qualifications and skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Flexible to work for long hours

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of at least bachelor degree

  • 4-5 Years minimum related experience  with I/NGOs

     

    Due to urgency of the position Interview will be conducting on daily bases
