Job Description
Round the clock on call for booked/ non booked and emergency obs/gynae cases.
Able to deal Independently all labour room activities.
Independently deal all major minor operative cases of obs/gynae
Directly in liaison with outside senior gynecologists for POL patients who needs obs/gynae consultations.
Training of LHV, Staff nurses, Lady RMOs, regarding history taking in OPD, obs/gynae ultrasounds, physical examination, labouring patients monitoring, etc.
Put up daily gynae report to Gynaecologist/HA regarding no. of pvt OPD pts, ultrasound, POL gynae pts, iron and other infusions, ctgs, details of pt retained for observation, details of pts admitted and discharged.
Report all emergency situations, like need of anesthetist from outside, referral of neonates or obs/gynae patient.
Report Gynaecologist/HA about all outside OPD consultations, investigation sent and result received, day to day progress in operative cases, post discharge checkups and plans of all obs/gynae patients.
