Job Description:
· Solid programming experience and eager to develop software.
· Strong skills in Web development using ASP.NET / MVC.
· Worked of Desktop projects.
· Knowledge of RDBS like SQL Server and Oracle.
· Deliver technical support, services and solutions to end-users on a continuum ranging from Franchisee to high level management of clients using Audio/Video interfacing and visits if and when required.
· Identify and resolve technical hardware, software and network problems related to our different series of devices
· Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
· Redirect problems to right Department and source.
· Follow ups and make planned call backs to customers where necessary.
· Quality checking of AKSA products and services.
· Stay up to date with system information, changes and updates.
· Responsible QA/Testing while doing Production.
· Developed web services for client.
