Background:

 Position of Assistant Coordinator RME is aimed to provide support to the RME section in conducting planning, review and monitoring of the programs/projects. It establishes the link of learning, accountability and quality management with the grassroots’ activities. The position also provides the outlook of projects in real time by highlighting quantitative and qualitative analysis of activities and results.

 

Tasks to be Performed:

 

 

  1. Prepare an M&E work plan for the zones.

  2. Guide and support the project as a whole to identify results, targets and indicators for effective and efficient and implementation of Sungi's program in the field office.

  3. Undertake field visits for process and result based monitoring & report writing.

  4. Guide and support the project as a whole to identify results, targets and indicators for effective and efficient and implementation of Sungi's program in the field office.

  5. Collection, compilation, analysis and further sharing of aawaz zonal workplans, progress sheets and other means of verification on monthly basis

  6. Field visits for data gathering regarding different assessment studies assigned by M&E working group, punching of both quantitative & qualitative data on MIS

  7. Take lead in regular review of the project progress and performance on monthly, quarterly, six monthly and on annual bases

  8. Support provision to district staff of working districts in implementation of activities on ground

  9. Data gathering/data management, analysis and further sharing in Aawaz QPR

  10. Developed different formats for activity implementation & data gathering (internal)

  11. Support provided to NPM & finance section in budgetary related analysis/reviews of revised Aawaz costed workplan

  12. Participation in different workshops & meetings organized by Sungi and donor

  13. Any other duty (ies) assigned by the management.

 Qualifications:

     3-5 years relevant experience on same position

    Demonstrated gender sensitivity and human rights orientation

    Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural background

    Sound computer skills

    Effective oral and written communication skills in Urdu and English.

    Ability to work flexible hours
