Purpose Of the Job

The Business Development Manager is a critical player in relationship development with current and future clients of the company and participate in evolution and growth of institutional business development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Target and achieve leadership market share of online recruitment in Pakistan 
  • Develop goals and strategies to achieve the leadership share in the online recruitment market in Pakistan. 
  • Build, train and motivate the team to achieve targets 
  • Work with the companies, clients and stakeholders in building relationships, sales and partnerships 
  • Maintain the relationships with existing and prospect clients to generate new business from them. 
  •  Work on proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders on the product.


The Ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in B2B development, research and analysis
  • Previous experience developing initiatives and executing tactics to meet strategic objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and within team environment
  • IT Background and knowledge of IT Industry is desirable.
