Driver required for Gilgit Baltistan

Our 48 member countries guide and influence our core areas of work, which include development and research projects, scientific publishing and microbial services.
Project:
CABI holds unique potential in IPM, SPS and overall plant health improvement which positions CABI unique as compared to related international agricultural organizations. CABI is implementing a Phytosanitary Risk Management Program (PRMP) in Pakistan.
The selected candidate (driver) is required for strengthening of the PRMP field team in Gilgit Baltistan.

TORs
- Work under the guidance of PRMP Entomologist in GB
- Professional maintenance of CABI vehicle based at PRMP Gilgit office
- Assist PRMP team in field activities in the capacity where practical
- Professional attitude to the project team and stakeholders
- Any other assignments required for satisfactory completion of the key role requirements
Qualifications
Education: Minimum Matriculation is required. Higher qualification would be preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years’ experience of driving of multiple vehicles. Minimum 3 years’ experience of driving in Gilgit Baltistan is mandatory. Applicants for the post of driver must have a valid driving license.
Person Specification: Applicant for this role needs to be honest, dedicated, social, motivated, disciplined, and self-organized to deliver quality work at prescribed deadlines. Applicants with healthy life style would be preferred. (CABI vehicles are non-smoking work place).
