Purpose of Job 
Zonal Sales Manager position holder is responsible for implementing sales plans at Zone level while targeting / focusing the existing m
arket and exploring the new business opportunities

Requirements
Masters degree in marketing or business administration along with 10 + years of related experience with proven progressive management track record.

 Job Description:

• Determines annual Zonal gross-profit plans by implementing Sales & marketing objectives for the Zone
• Implements assigned zonal sales objectives by developing and monitoring field sales action plans.
• Maintains zonal sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and developing employees as per ZRK Group Business Environment.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping in view current demand & supply, changing trends, economic indicators &
competitors within the Zone
• Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, demand & supply forecast as per authority
•Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs within the Zone
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, service delivery benchmarks (product related) after analyzing consumer needs, trends and competitor moves in the Zone.
Maintains zonal sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results / KPIs.
 Accomplishing any other Job relevant to Sales & Marketing like special projects and tailored solutions to corporate clients as assigned by the Management
Completes Zonal sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees with realistic targets while following up on KPIs /Results.
