Relevant Experience:

1. Bachelor or above degree
2. 3 years+ experience in education or training
3. Full working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
4. Familiar with at least one language such as English, French or Spanish

 

Job Description:

1. Responsible for making and implementing the group’s monthly, quarterly and annual plans
2. Coordinate with lead distributors to improve the training system. Training Managers will also ensure the standardization of products and related business training and assess learning outcomes
3. Responsible for the recruitment and training of lectures. Training Managers should strive the improve the working efficiency of our training program and syllabus
4. Cooperate with distributors to plan for each business quarter. Organize the related training management and learning outcomes
5. Responsible for developing and promoting suitable training courses according to the local markets
6. Responsible for designing, making and promoting the training materials adapted to the local market
7. Responsible for the organization and planning for direct selling meetings
8. Strictly implement the group policies and complete the assignments in a timely manner for the Branch Manager
