Relevant Experience:

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for following the bonus plan for distributors and analyzing performance evaluations. Ideal candidates should also promote the business and distributor experience
  2. Responsible for making and implementing the business regulations
  3. Responsible for promotion, implementation, analysis and improvement of the business plan
  4. Prepare and participate in the registration of the branch. In addition, provide and prepare all the necessary documents and information
  5. Responsible for the daily operational management of the authorized store. The manager should also promote and abide by the business standardization protocols
  6. Responsible for the quarterly and annual business indexes. Business Development Managers will set market goals and promote regular organizational analysis and internal communications
  7. Responsible for the operational analysis report for each division, including the whole environmental analysis, industrial analysis, competition assessment and the local marketing. In addition, ideal candidates will calculate profits, promote business networking and analysis of products and inventory
  8. Adjust policy to the market. Taking account and being responsible for the branches orientation, planning and implementation
  9. Strictly implement the groups policy and complete the set assignments for the Branch Manager.
