Relevant Experience:

 

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above

2. Desirable 3-5 years+ experience in direct selling and marketing management. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of business policy, market development, product promotion and distributor training

3. Have experience in management, ideally branch management

4. Full native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, Spanish or French

Job Description:

1. The Branch Manager is fully responsible for the daily management of the Branch Office. This is including business policy, training, product registration, marketing, customer service, warehouse and logistics, bonus calculation and distribution, finance, human resources and administration.

2. In accordance with the regulation of the group and regional development operations, the Branch Manager must cooperate and optimize business policy according to the business environment. The role also requires the manager to expand the distributor network and users

3. To implement the regional development objectives and strategic objectives. The Manager must also formulate and implement sales goals and profit objectives

4. The manager must abide by the guidelines laid out in the brochure. This includes: managing the product marketing, meeting and training and network development for our team of distributors

5. Quarterly planning in line with company policy. In addition, the manager must also cooperate with the team to implement marketing and networking development objectives

6. Conduct market research, compare comparable industries and products, keep professional analysis of the related data, provide the optimized and improved plan accordingly

7. Natural health products have a limited shelf life so managers should be responsible for optimized sales and promotions in the local market 

8. The Branch Manager is responsible for local brand promotion

9. Finish the group and regional assignments and implement various business policies
