Qualification/Experience

03 years DAE (Mechanical) with 2^nd or 3^rd class Boiler engineering competency Certificate from Punjab Board of Examining Engineer Lahore with 03 Years post qualification experience.

Experience of O&M of packaged type fire tube Gas fired fully automatic industrial steam boilers and must have

• Proven experience of De-aerator + Steam Boilers operation at different load as per plant conditions to achieve ECR (Economic continuous rating), Boiler Start-up, Shutdown, emergency handling.
• Experience of Activated carbon filters, Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant operation, back washing, troubleshooting & Maintenance. Sound knowledge of Boiler Chemistry control, Boiler Chemicals, and there injection.
• Can work in shifts & run shift independently.
• Experience of preparation of packaged type Fire tube Boiler for Annual Inspection.
• Experience of Boiler house load management, Record keeping, Data logging, steam & water management. Grip on Boiler engineering calculations. Must Have Trainings/Knowledge of industrial safety & ISO.
• Experience of Locomotive Steam Boilers Operation & Maintenance will be an added advantage in selection.
