Taraqee Foundation with financial support of Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund is enhancing the capacities of poor and poorest communities of District Ziarat as per market Skills Development / Vocational Trainings. This will intends to stimulate the Market for Skills Development for the population of District Ziarat. Following a competitive model, Taraqee Foundation invites proposals from training service providers and will assess these on the basis of quality and cost. Taraqee Foundation intends to pre-qualify multiple training service provider Individuals/Institutions to provide skills and vocational training (hereinafter referred to as “Training Services”) to project beneficiaries of Ziarat.
Following skills are necessary to provide to the beneficiaries:
Short term Residential Trainings at Quetta (Training, Boarding/ lodging, Travelling all Inclusive)
Digital Hubs: Effective Management of the Digital Hubs for 16 Participants

NaukriYaKarobar Centers: Resource Mobilization and Career Counseling Training for 08 Participants
The three days sessions of the training includes the following

- Explore the career councilors
- Nontraditional employment , job prospects
- Resource Mobilization plan
- Executing and managing Resource Mobilization plan
- Productive Linkages
- Refresher on NyKs Module and MIS
- Refresher on MIS
