Education &Skills:
- Master/Graduate
- Minimum 10 years’ experience relevant experience
- Excellent computer & report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Preference will be give local candidates, Army retired persons.
- English/Pashto/Urdu.
Core Responsibilities of Security Officer:
- Inspect Security systems and protocols on daily basis, conduct threat assessment for all the offices and operations, train security focal points and senior staff with a focus on critical incident (kidnapping) planning, relocation and evacuation, ensure the implementation of security plan country wide, ensure all offices and guesthouses are secure, make recommendations for changes / upgrading when necessary, disseminate security information to all staff in timely manner and facilitate Security Management Team meetings. The person will assist in obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOC) for field
- visits of staff, Memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Government department & obtaining
- Regular share and guide filed staff.
- Strong coordination with Government liaisons in security related issues.
