Job Specifications:
The Monitoring & Evaluation expert will be Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the program implementation throughout the project. Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output; Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work; Along with other units, advise the Line Manager on constraints on implementation of the Work Plan. Will have regular monitoring visits to the field according to the work plan, identify problems, constrains and monitor performance achievement, efficient and effective use of resources. Report regularly (quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress) on all project activities to the Line Manager. Assist Line Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations. The candidates may have University degree in public health or biostatistics or any related disciple. At least five years’ previous experience. Previous management of same nature of projects will have an edge. The candidate having understanding of humanitarian context and humanitarian principles will be preferred. Extremely flexible and ability to cope with stressful situations. Computer proficiency is a Must.
