Job Specifications:

The Human Resource Management expert will be responsible for maintenance of employee bio-data. Will assist the Cluster/ Hospital Managers in formalizing Duty Rosters for doctors/paramedics. Should effectively review and generate report of Absentee percentage, should maintain record both in soft & hard for the Holidays & leave information. Information on employees leaving and joining and available (by designation).  The candidates may have University degree in Human Resource management and at least five years’ experience in managing Human Resources at same level. Extremely flexible and ability to cope with stressful situations. Willing to work extra hours. Computer proficiency is a Must.
