Job Specifications:
The Cluster/Hospital Managers will be responsible for all management and reporting issues relating to the facilities in their jurisdictions. Ability to write clear and concise reports and to meet required reporting deadlines. The candidates may have medical background with post-graduation in health or general management/ administration and at least five years’ experience in district health or hospital management for all positions except DHQ, for which a minimum of eight years’ experience in district health or hospital management will be required. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently. Skills and knowledge in program sustainability and capacity building, and project monitoring and evaluation (both quantitative and qualitative methods). Extremely flexible, and ability to work in basic living conditions, and under administrative and programmatic pressures and ability to cope with stressful situations.
