Job Specifications:
The District Team Leader (DTL) will lead District Support Team (DST) and will be completely responsible for the overall performance delivery in the district. The candidate must have medical background with post-graduation in health or general management/ administration and at least ten years’ experience in district health or hospital management. The candidate should have the ability to work with broad spectrum of people. The candidate must have ample knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines. DTL will be responsible to lead DST and coordinate with other stakeholders in the district. S/He must have the ability to work in hard to access remote areas.
