Education Officer (Female)

Relevant Experience/Education: Minimum 2 Years (NGO/INGO experience)

Qualification:Bachelor Degree (Prefernce will be given to local and having PTC, CT, Bed or Med Certificate/Degree will be an asset.)

Job Description: 

• Mobilize and build capacity of the targeted community about eduction.
• Liaison with partner NGOs, organizations and institutions working in the project area.
• Keep close coordination with Project Manger & Director Education.
• Develop & Implement monthly , quarterly work plans and develop report.
• Responsible for all field level distribution and its proper record keeping .
• Visits to schools sites, collect necessary baseline information about school profiles, teachers, SMCs etc. 
• Responsible for the strengthening of TIJs in the targeted area.
• Ensure cordial relation with all team members.
• Responsible for the overall social mobilization of community about education.
• Any other tasks assign by the supervisor.
