Our client from Automotive Industry is looking for qualified and experienced professional for position in Human Resource Department.

 

Education: Master Degree in relevant Subject from reputed university

Experience:  More than 8 years relevant

Salary:            Rs.60,000/- to Rs.80,000/- + Medical OPD + Medical Insurance + PF + Transportation + Subsidized Food + Life Insurance, etc. benefits.

Location: Karachi

 

Main Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to following tasks;

  • Attract and assess required manpower through various means like of newspapers ad, job placement agencies, through internet.
  • Involved in preparation of organizational structure, job description and specifications for all level of employees.
  • Conduct interviews with respective department heads and then negotiate salaries with complete package
  • Prepare appointment letters and conduct orientation sessions with new entrants.
  • Identify training and development needs of employees at various level and also prepare training reinforcement plan.
  • Establish performance measurement system to objectivity evaluate the performance of employees and link the same with compensation management including increments, incentives and rewards.
  • Monitor trends of human resources and recommend salary accordingly.
  • Prepare policy manual and update it on random basis.
  • Maintain cordial relationship with govt. departments like social security, excise & taxation, muncipal corp. eobi etc.
  • Must be aware of prevailing labour laws and their amendments are properly followed.
