Survey & Analysis Expert

Relevant Experience:

• Preferably Master in Statistics/ Economics
• Full time working experience of at least 5 years in designing and conducting surveys/ FGDs preferably in development sector. Experience with INGO will be preferred.
• Experience of using computer software such as MS office & statistical analysis (SAS, SPSS, PowerPoint, Excel or any other software beneficial for producing survey reports)
• Strong editing, writing and proofreading skills in English and Urdu and ability to adapt to different writing styles
• Strong statistical skills and had a hands on experience on conducting various kinds of surveys.
• Ability to deliver presentations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Description:

• Providing expert analysis to donor at both the activity and program levels. Analysis may include identifying trends in data sets across different projects and providing with lessons learned;  
• Drafting data collection procedures and tools in conjunction with donor requirements, Team Leaders, and COP;
• Overseeing and providing technical direction to the technical team;
• Ensuring information collected from field activities is properly analyzed and written up;
• Providing training to staff as requested by Team Leaders;
• Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results.
• Analyze and interpret data and identify patterns from data collected through qualitative interviews, cognitive interviews, focus groups, or surveys.
• Supporting the COP to manage any special projects as assigned.
