Internal Communication Specialist

A leading organization from Fertilizer Sector is looking for qualified and experienced professional as Internal Communication Specialist.

Education: Postgraduate degree in Creative English, Business or Psychology

Experience:  At least 6 Years of relevant experience

Location: Islamabad

 Main Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected but not limited to perform following functions;

Employee Communication Programs such as Town Hall Meeting, Recognition Program, Values & Competencies Dictionary, Campus Drive, Orientation new Employees, HR Magazine, HR & Industry Liaison, Master of Ceremony etc.

Desired Personal Profile;

• Post Graduate Degree in Creative English, Business or Psychology.
• Presentable, Sense of Judgment & Proportion, flawless business writing skills, Mannerism
• Strong understanding of internal communications processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under deadline pressure with employees at all levels.
• Candidate must be enthusiastic, organized and results oriented.
• Understand the broad range of tools, processes and practices of internal communications and employee engagement.
