Relevant Experience: Masters Degree with 4-5 years relevant experience.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall supervision of the project activities.
  • Design and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet the goals and objective of the project.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Responsible to Submit Narrative and Financial Report not later than 25th of the every month.
  • Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders especially with Education Department, EDO-Health Office, Civil Military Liaison Office, DCO office, PDMA office, local administration WHO and local community.
  • Supporting DDMA to collect and compile IDPs related statistics which will be shared and authenticated by DC, DDMA and OCHA and other relevant stakeholders. These information will be shared with humanitarian organizations (HO) for planning purposes
  • Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level.
  • Monitoring visits to field and to provide technical support to field staff.
  • Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to concern RF & PDMA KP.
  • Support PDMA in upgrading the existing Disaster Management System (DMS) & Upgrading 4Ws.
  • To provide day to day guidance to project staff.
  • Must be responsible for conflict management and resolves issues in a timely manner.
  • To make sure that all targets are achieved in time and with quality.
  • Responsible for all operations related activities at the District level.
  • Ensure that project activities are in accordance with norms and standards of donor & organization, as well as according to available budget lines and limitations.
  • Keep supervisor in loop while taking any decision.
  • Make sure project legal documents are completed and signed.
  • Holds regular status meetings with project team and share meeting minutes among all stakeholders.
  • Must be responsible for conflict management and resolves issues in a timely fashion.
  • If there is any issue raised regarding staff deal it professionally keeps HR in loop.
  • Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
  • Give your input regarding PRE and POST KAP Survey (if any)
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. 
  • Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions, frequently visits to field.
