This position is responsible for managing the operations of Group of Colleges, as well as the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies to help achieve business objectives in the region. In addition, responsible for managing unit franchises and the overall all growth and development within the relevant market.

Experience:

  • Should have relevant management experience of 8 to 10 years
  • Experience in launching and operating educational projects
  • Good understanding/experience of integrated marketing and communications, brand positioning and advertising.
  • Understanding of franchising processes and mechanics

Brief Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage project planning process, work plans and activity schedules to meet objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Ensuring all legal & accounting requirements are addressed; liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
  •  Monitor business to ensure that it efficiently and effectively provides needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns through a local advertising/marketing agency.
  • Developing and reviewing investment opportunities; developing initial proposal and recommendation for further decision making.

Qualifications: MBA/ Masters in Marketing or any relevant area

Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 250,000 (depending on candidate’s profile)
