General Functions

Under the overall supervision of the Program Manager and the direct supervision of the Grants Manager and the Head of the Grants Unit, the incumbent will assist in the general functioning of the Grants Unit.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain electronic documentation of all program grants
  2. Maintain all hard copies of each program grant.
  3. Upload all program documents for each grant on OTI-Anywhere.
  4. Follow up with operations officers for timely submission of all grants related documents for efficient implementation and documentation of the grants. 
  5. Review all filed documents in hard and soft and respond to all grant related queries.
  6. Perform trouble-shooting and related tasks to ensure the smooth documentation of grants.
  7. Verification and review of the closed and completed grant files in softcopy, hard copy and on OTI Anywhere. 
  8. Perform any other task which is assigned by Manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent.
  • 2 years of work experience in related field and thorough knowledge of record keeping. Position requires strong office management and organizational skills.

Languages

Thorough knowledge of English; working knowledge of Pashtu, or other languages spoken in the region will be an advantage.
