Security & Operations Specialist

An experienced “Security & Operations Specialist” is required for an immediate start responsible for the day to day management and oversight of the safety, security and operational support of an International Development program based in Lahore operating across Pakistan.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience (a minimum of 10 years) in Security & Operations roles and will have extensive experience in the following:

• Coordinate the provision of security and operational support to a small office team throughout Pakistan.
• The ability and networks to continually assess the security situation and recommend appropriate actions. 
• Provide security briefings and training as required to program staff (both national and international).
• Daily contract and performance management of external security providers.
• Development and ongoing management of Security Plans and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Coordinate emergency response with local and national authorities to any incidents across Pakistan;.
• Ability to facilitate NOC & Visas for expatriates travelling to or within Pakistan.
