Major responsibilities

Assist in Finalizing institutes for the conduction of enterprise development training programs and trades for youth and working children's parents and siblings. • Institutes/consultants have been identified well in time for the provision of market led training to the identified beneficiaries
• Implementation of the training started as per the DIP
• MOU with the trainees have been prepared and signed. 20%
Assist in Facilitating smoothly implementation of training programs • Beneficiaries have been identified as per the criteria
• Career Counseling sessions have been imparted to the identified beneficiaries
• Administrative, programmatic and technical matters have been dealt with the respective institutes management
• Periodically monitoring of the training have been conducted 50%
Working collaboration with Pakistan Bait ul Mall, Social welfare department or any other governmental/non-governmental institutes to support the families of working children • Youth and families got benefited from the institutes for the financial support
Follow up visits to assess the progress of beneficiary who have benefited from skills, business start up and entrepreneurship • Reports are available to assess the progress of the imparted training
Data Base establish of the beneficiaries • Data base is updated and shared with management accordingly
Prepare periodic progress reports and share it with concern staff
Monitor program progress ensuring adherence that goals, objectives and monitoring of the trainings conducted by the institute and monitor progress of beneficiaries after trainings • # of reports prepared and shared
• # of follow up reports prepared and shared(beneficiaries)
• # of inputs shared to institute for finalization of report 15%
Community Forums and potential beneficiaries trained on entrepreneurial behaviors and attitudes, business idea generation, markets and marketing, product and organization, financial planning and life skills through dedicated Business Facilitators

Assistant Business Facilitators provide advice, and referrals to institutions, networks, MFIs, and markets to assist new business owners to expand and strengthen their businesses through one on one and group coaching

Assist Business Facilitator for Trainees develop business plans and get them endorsed by Business Facilitators • Business development plans are prepared
• Beneficiaries have clear understanding about their future plans
Formation of PACA team and orient them about PACA along with Business Facilitator
Develop TORs for PACA exercise
Support in PACA exercise

Identify trainings on the basis of PACA • PACA team is well equipped for PACA
