Assistant Manager Operations

Job Description:

• Visiting in assigned union councils on daily basis to check overall sanitation condition, workers’ attendance, their uniform, waste containers, sweeping condition at primary and secondary roads.
• Prepare a weekly plan of daily visits.
• To supervise subordinate staff i.e. Zonal Waste Management Officer, Head Sergeants/Sergeants and monitoring their performance.
• Facilitating and monitoring subordinate staff with their daily tasks.
• Assigning tasks to the  Head Sergeants and Sergeants in light of approved operational plan received from Manager Operation.
• Coordinating with supervisors at workshop regarding deployment of operational vehicles is designated area.
• Requisition, collection and distribution of workers’ uniform, scrapper, waste bags, hand carts and other tools to be used by workers.
• Coordinating with communication staff in order to smoothly carry out awareness campaigns and outdoor activities.
• Any other task assigned by manager operations.
  

Qualification:

Minimum BS. (hons) in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering
