Expert (REAT Network)

Responsibilities:

• Website maintenance and continuous up gradation (REAT Network website, REAT Facebook page, REAT Twitter account etc)
• Installation of hardware and software; Managing servers; Configuring and maintaining active directory; managing email system; Implementing domain policies; security configurations and Troubleshooting;  Managing allocation of user names and passwords; allocating disk quota; creation and implementation of group policies; configurations and maintaining DNS and DHCP servers; Configurations of data backup and restoration procedures; Installation, configuration and maintenance of wireless routers, network printers, network photocopiers, multimedia projectors, sound system, plotter; Coordinating with vendor regarding PABX and CCTV cameras.
• Assist end users by resolving problems associated with computers and the computer infrastructure.
• Develop strategies and methods of approach to facilitate the early resolution of problems and to prevent the re-occurrence of the same problem.
• Identify and act upon opportunities to continually improve service quality and user satisfaction.
• Coordinating and developing relationships with vendors, supplies, and IT service providers regarding equipment, software, solutions and service agreements.
• Conduct need-based IT trainings for the end users.
• Help in drafting IT policies and procedures and implement approved IT policies and procedures.
• Represent the organization in various IT related meetings/seminars/workshops.
• Any other tasks as assigned by network coordinator

Qualification Required: Bachelor/ Master’s degree in relevant discipline/social sciences or equivalent

Experience Required: At least 5 years’ experience in IT department
