Roles & Responsibilities:

 

The appointee will responsible to:

 

  • Develop and oversee implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) strategy.
  • Liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders to design framework, data collection tools, reports and procedures for M&E activities
  • Plan and execute capacity building workshops on M&E systems
  • Prepare and analyze progress reports, provide regular feedback and M&E findings to staff and implementing partners
  • Carry out analysis through LQAS and Impact Calculator
  • To conduct data quality audits
  • Carry out any other task assigned by the line manager

 

Requirement:

 

Candidates should have:

 

  • Masters degree preferably in Social Sciences along with certification in M&E
  • 6-7 years of relevant experience, preferablyworking on reproductive and maternal health. Association with NGOs/INGOs would be an added advantage
  • Ability to plan and execute M&E Systems, Methods & Approaches.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, report writing and computer skills (MS-Office).
