Job Description:

  • With the guidance of HR Manger, maintain up-to date and accurate computer and hard copy personnel files, prepare job announcements/job descriptions, file documents in personnel files, conduct interviews, recruit staff, and facilitate new employee orientations and trainings.
  • With the guidance of HR Manager, provide local staff with information about their terms of employment, leave, as well as other relevant information.
  • Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
  • Plan and implement strategies and activities to foster and facilitate the development of cooperative, professional relations between and among staff at all levels.
  • Participate in professional training and development activities, design and implement the Performance Evaluation System.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive files.
  • Do training need analysis and maintain training inventory database and training plan.
  • Maintain Fluctuation Sheet
  • Assists in design and implement of the Performance Evaluation System.
  • Organize training sessions , workshops.
  • Ensure timely communication on employment changes i.e. resignations, terminations, leave applications, time sheets and other personal related information.
  • Process insurance claim documents and follow-up insurance claims with the organization’s insurance company.
  • Manage and Provide staff orientation
  • Plan and manage exit interviews
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
