Role and Responsibilities
- Assist PC in project planning process
- Participate in project related meetings, take minutes, write reports and disseminate among participants
- Assist PC in implementation of project activities
- Collect project-wise statistical and qualitative information and enter in project progress database and generate reports
- Maintain operational and financial information of project activities
- Assist PC in developing procurement plans, project work plans and any other strategy or plan from the LFA and implement accordingly
- Collect all information and write project progress and financial reports
- Assist PC in maintaining files, project data and related information
- Assist PC in maintaining close working relationship with MH & IPs staff
- Collect reports from sub-grantees/IPs and facilitate monitoring their activities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum Masters degree in social or development studies
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing donor funded programs/projects, preference will be given to the candidates having experience in managing street children focused projects
- Experience of working with different multilateral development agencies
- Knowledge of child rights and child protection concerns, systems, interventions, key players, stakeholders and opportunities regarding street children
Preferred Skills
- Professional writing and communication
- Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
- In-depth knowledge of project cycle management and logical framework analysis
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Formulation and interpretation of strategies and concepts
- Planning and organizing
- Proficiency in multi level coordination and negotiations
