Job Purpose: To manage day to day administrative affairs of Transit Care Center.

 

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative affairs of Transit Care Center.
  • Maintain the attendance record of Transit Care Center’s staff.
  • Administer the petty cash and ensure appropriate record keeping.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations and Accounts department.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Admin.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in development sector.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Planning and organizing
  • Proficiency in multi level coordination
